Terms and Conditions for Branded Goods
General Disclaimer
- Branded Goods offers services to assist with Amazon marketing and related needs. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our services.
- Some services may require documentation or information from clients to comply with Amazon’s policies. If clients are unable to provide the necessary materials, we may not be able to proceed, and no refunds will be implied or provided in such cases.
- Branded Goods operates in compliance with Amazon’s Terms of Service and all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
Service-Specific Terms
Amazon Listing Reinstatement Service:
- Covers one (1) ASIN per marketplace.
- Up to 8 hours of work is allocated per project. Service concludes when the ASIN is reinstated, regardless of unused time.
UPC to GS1 Barcode Change Service:
- Covers one (1) ASIN per marketplace.
- Up to 8 hours of work is allocated per project. Service concludes when the UPC change is completed.
Account Suspension Reinstatement Service:
- Applies to one (1) Amazon marketplace account.
- Up to 8 hours of work is allocated per project. Service concludes when the account is reinstated.
Amazon Brand Name Change Service – Tier 1:
- Includes 1 to 10 ASINs per marketplace.
- Up to 8 hours of work allocated per project. Service concludes upon successful brand name changes.
Amazon Brand Name Change Service – Tier 2:
- Includes 11 to 30 ASINs per marketplace.
- Up to 16 hours of work allocated per project. Service concludes upon successful brand name changes.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- General Services: All payments are final and non-refundable unless mutually agreed upon.
- Reinstatement Services: If no appeal is filed within 90 days, a 100% refund will be granted. Once an appeal is filed, the service is non-refundable.
- Creative Design Services: Includes up to 3 revision requests. Additional requests will incur a $300 fee per revision.
Delivery Timeframes and Client Commitment
- Delivery timelines vary by service, ranging from 2 days to 60 days depending on complexity.
- Clients agree to honor payment terms as long as Branded Goods is actively working on their project.
Termination Policy
- Either party may agree to terminate a project. Refunds require mutual consent.
- Branded Goods reserves the right to issue partial or full refunds if we are unable to complete a project for any reason.
Coaching and Consultation Services
- Coaching calls are non-refundable and must be scheduled within 1-3 months of purchase. Unused hours expire after one year.
- Additional time or support beyond the agreed duration will incur additional charges.
Warranty and Liability
- Branded Goods disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
- Results are subject to Amazon’s policies and other external factors beyond our control.
Non-Solicitation Agreement
- Clients agree not to hire Branded Goods employees, contractors, or subcontractors during the service term and for one year afterward without prior written consent. Violations will incur a hire fee equal to $10,000 or the contractor’s annual salary, whichever is higher.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Branded Goods reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
